We offer Systems Integration, EPCC, Project Management, Panel design and building services and more! We are always happy to provide automation solutions for our clients
We provide comprehensive automation and control systems integration services to industries looking to streamline their operations. This involves setting up and integrating field instruments, equipment, unit control panels of equipment into the client’s master control system or SCADA.
We design and implement automation architecture for EPCC projects. We specify, procure, install and integrate instruments, automation machinery, and control systems for greenfield and brownfield projects. Our EPCC deliverables include but not limited to:
We manage projects with utmost professionalism. We ensure strict compliance to design codes and standards, project timelines, and project cost.
We design and build control panels for client. Our control panels are capable of monitoring and controlling processes within process plants and manufacturing floors
Our team has successfully executed a range of projects, delivering high-quality electrical, instrumentation, and control solutions. From complex industrial installations to seamless system integrations, we ensure precision and reliability in every task. These projects reflect our expertise, commitment to excellence, and ability to meet industry demands.
This project encompassed the fabrication and installation of power and instrumentation cable trays, as well as the laying and termination of power and instrument cables for a newly constructed boiler house. The work ensured seamless electrical and instrumentation integration for the facility.
We installed and integrated metering and pressure-regulating skids as part of MarcoPolo’s gas distribution system. This included the procurement of a control panel, setup of a SCADA system, cable pulling, termination from field instruments to the control panel, functional testing, and successful commissioning.
This project supported the construction of a gas pipeline from Ghana Gas’ Tema Regulating and Metering Station to CBI Cement’s facility. Our scope involved the integration of gas metering and pressure-regulating systems at both ends of the pipeline. We handled the electrical and instrumentation installation and integration at the initial station and designed and supplied a control panel for the terminal station.
Over the years, our engineers have played key roles in various high-impact infrastructure projects, bringing their expertise in electrical systems, instrumentation, and control engineering to major industrial developments. From gas processing plants to metering and pressure-regulating systems, their contributions have ensured the seamless integration of cutting-edge technology, enhanced operational efficiency, and improved safety measures. These projects highlight the depth of experience and technical proficiency our team brings to every endeavor, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in the energy and industrial sectors.
Our lead engineer played a pivotal role in the design, construction, installation, integration, and commissioning of electrical, control, instrumentation, and telecommunication systems for the Atuabo Gas Processing Plant and Early Gas Infrastructure Project.
Our engineers reviewed electrical, instrumentation, and control designs, supervised implementation, and oversaw the setup of the Yokogawa Distributed Control System (DCS) and the E-house at Ghana National Gas Company.
In 2021, our engineers were instrumental in the installation and integration of the HIPPS at the Atuabo Gas Processing Plant, ensuring enhanced safety and operational reliability.
Our engineers contributed to the electrical, instrumentation, and control systems for a standby product air-cooler system at Atuabo Gas Processing Plant, improving redundancy and cooling efficiency.
Our engineers supervised the installation and integration of a gas metering skid, integrating Honeywell’s Elster Encore flow computer into the Yokogawa SCADA system for seamless data acquisition.
Our engineers oversaw the installation of a gas metering skid, pressure-regulating skid, and Emerson’s FloBoss S600 flow computer, ensuring integration into the Yokogawa SCADA for enhanced operations.
